Volunteers

Netball Waitakere is very lucky to have such an amazing community, full of volunteers who continue to generously give their time to netball. 

We have four committees that are led by different convenors: 

Games Convenor -                    Diane Pakau

Umpires Convenor -                  Keryn  Soppet

Representative Convenor -     Carla Gordon        

Our volunteers help in many different ways including: 

• Helping on competition days
• Helping in the control room on competition days
• Coaching teams for club and/or school
• Managing teams for club and/or school
• Supporting Netball Waitakere representative teams - cooking, fundraising, uniform allocation, planning
• Being a member of one of our four committees - Coaching, Games, Representatives or Umpires 
• Helping with one day or one-off events
